Mindfulness Club
Mindfulness Club, a nurturing space designed for children to explore the art of mindfulness. Our club provides a fun and engaging environment where young minds can learn to cultivate focus, emotional balance, and resilience. Through interactive activities such as guided meditations, and creative exercises, we aim to help children develop a deeper awareness of their thoughts and feelings. By joining our club, students embark on a journey towards greater well-being and a peaceful, centered approach to life's challenges.
Alena- “I loved getting to colour and listen to music, it was very calm. I am really looking forward to making a glitter jar and slime.”
Leo- “I liked being able to choose what I can colour.”
