Pupil Leadership Team - Queen Emma's Primary School

Pupil Leadership Team

What is democracy (2)

The Queen Emma's School Leadership Team is elected each year following an annual assembly by our Local MP, Robert Courts, where we learn all about democracy. We meet regularly and organise a range of events and discuss the needs of pupils through our 'pupil voice' agenda items. The Leadership Team also organises charity fundraisers - last year we raised an impressive amount for Children in Need.

The children love this opportunity to represent their class and contribute to what the school prioritises.

Our School Leadership Team meet every 2 weeks. So far this year, they are decided on playground equipment, supported the shoebox appeal and led the Anti-Bullying Week assembly.

What we are up to?

On Tuesday 6th February, School Council led an assembly for Safer Internet Day. We spoke about what to do when we fell upset or worried about what we see or do online.
